Choose the right starting point

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have separate boarding points. Check your airline booking first, then select the correct terminal in our airport planner. Include the time needed to reach the station or bus stop after baggage collection.

Compare the whole transfer

Rail suits travellers who are comfortable with station transfers. An airport bus may be useful when its stop is close to the accommodation. A taxi may simplify a group journey with bulky bags. Compare the final walk, transfers and luggage handling; fares and departures must be checked with the operator.

Myeongdong: use your hotel address

Use the Myeongdong preset to understand the neighbourhood journey, then replace it with your hotel’s full address. Compare any station change and the street-level walk. Keep a screenshot of the Korean address.

Hongdae: compare the station exit

Search for Hongik University Station and your accommodation entrance separately. A hotel described as being in Hongdae can still require a longer walk. Check lifts and the luggage route instead of choosing only by station name.

Gangnam: compare the precise destination

Gangnam is a broad district. Gangnam Station, Samseong/COEX and other hotel areas are different destinations. Enter the full accommodation address in the planner and compare the resulting route rather than using a district-wide travel-time claim.

Late arrival: check a second option

The airport provides terminal-specific late-night bus information. Verify the actual date, stop and departure; night services may not take you to your hotel entrance. If no suitable public-transport service remains, use the airport’s official taxi guidance.
