START HERE

Your Korea trip.
One simple step at a time.

Explore freely. Keep your day organised. Have a little help ready when you need it.

Open My page →I need help right now →

BEFORE YOU GO

Set up your first day in three steps.

02

Build a daily itinerary.

Open My page → Your daily itinerary. Choose your travel date, pick a place and tap Add to this day. Move stops earlier or later to set your preferred order.

03

Keep your stay address.

In My accommodation, enter your booked hotel’s name and Korean address. Tap Save my stay on this device. This saves a note; it does not make a reservation.

No account is needed to browse, plan, save locally or use travel help. These records stay on this browser until you explicitly save to an account.

WHILE YOU ARE HERE

A useful screen for each moment.

See your next stop

Open Your day. Your selected date is remembered on this browser. Tap Today in Korea to switch to the current Korean date. Tick a stop when you finish; untick it to undo.

Next stop follows your own planned order. It does not automatically optimise your route or check opening hours.

Get there & return to your stay

Tap Directions from my location. Allow location access, then tap Open route in Google Maps when ready. If location fails, enter a starting address or station. You can also use the Naver destination link.

Your saved stay has its own return-route button. Show address displays large Korean text for a driver or member of staff.

Keep a visit journal

Add mapped places to today’s itinerary, open Visited and tap Start trip · check arrival. With permission, the page checks location while visible.

After about one minute within 150 m, with GPS accuracy within 80 m, it may ask if you arrived. Tap Yes, save my visit only if you actually visited. A stop is not saved just because you passed nearby.

Hide the screen and checks stop. Tap Start trip again to resume. If coordinates are missing or GPS is poor, use Record a visit manually. Manual visits are dated today in Korea, even when you choose a stop from another itinerary date.

Let Korean phrases help

Open Travel help for ordering, payment, luggage, restrooms and general assistance. Tap Show large to show a phrase to staff, or Copy Korean to paste it elsewhere.

You can choose a guide destination or paste an address. Nearby restroom and luggage links open an external map search; hours, fees and access are not verified here.

BEFORE YOU LOSE SIGNAL

Prepare your offline travel wallet.

  1. While online, save your itinerary and stay address on My page.
  2. Open Your offline travel wallet and tap Prepare travel wallet.
  3. Wait for the Travel wallet ready message. Preparation is not complete if an error appears.
  4. Bookmark My page and Travel help. Open them on this same browser when offline.

Available after preparation

Your locally saved itinerary, stay address, guide place text, visit journal and Korean help phrases.

Still needs internet

External maps and routes, live tourism data, bookings, sign-in and account save/load. Arrival checks also depend on whether your phone can obtain a usable position.

Clearing site data or browser storage may remove local trips and offline files. Download an itinerary backup and a visit-journal export for important records. The itinerary backup currently contains itinerary stops; the visit journal is a separate export. Keep a separate copy of your hotel address.

YOUR DEVICE, YOUR CHOICE

Know where your trip is saved.

ActionWhat it does
Save on this browserItinerary edits, favourites, stay notes and confirmed visits stay locally. Clearing site data removes them.
Load saved tripAfter signing in and joining, loads your account’s saved trip and merges it into this browser. Load first on a new device.
Save my tripAfter loading, explicitly saves your current itinerary, favourites, stay note and confirmed visits to your account. Changes are not uploaded automatically.
Sign outEnds account access but leaves this browser’s local travel information in place.

To move your trip between phones: on the first device, load then save your trip; on the second, sign in to the same account and choose Load saved trip. Progress checkboxes alone stay on the device; confirmed journal visits can sync and mark corresponding stops as completed.

A few things worth knowing.

Location permission was denied. Can I still use the site?

Yes. Browse by region, enter a starting address for directions, show a Korean address, and confirm visits manually. You do not need location permission to plan your trip.

Does Start trip keep tracking me in the background?

No. Arrival checks stop when this page is hidden. Your phone coordinates and movement paths are not saved or sent to our server. A confirmed visit records the place, Korean date, confirmation time and whether you confirmed it manually or after an arrival suggestion.

Why did a visit not appear automatically?

You must confirm a suggested visit. Checks use today’s Korean-date itinerary and require usable place coordinates and sufficiently accurate phone location. Large sites, buildings and GPS reception can affect detection. Manual confirmation remains available.

Why is a route, venue or hotel unavailable?

Route coverage and travel modes depend on the map provider. Tourism information may be delayed or unavailable. Check current hours, admission and reservations with the venue. Accommodation reservations and payments happen on the provider’s site.

Can I recover my trip after clearing browser data?

Local-only data cannot be recovered by this site. If you previously saved to an account, sign in and load it again. You can also restore an itinerary backup using Restore backup on My page. Visit-journal exports are for keeping a separate copy; journal import is not currently offered.

Where can I ask for travel assistance?

Open Travel help → Ask for help for the official 1330 travel assistance information. For questions about this website, use Contact.
