Delete your Korea Trip Mate account
You can delete your travel profile immediately, or request removal of your full email login account. These are different actions.
Delete your saved travel profile now
On My page, choose “Delete my member profile”. This removes the profile and account-stored trip data. It does not delete your email login, your ChatGPT account or local browser copies.
Request full email-account deletion
Sign in with the email account you want removed, then confirm below. The request is saved for operator handling; it does not automatically remove your login. The operator must verify and complete authentication-account deletion.
If you cannot sign in, email sangjung2529@gmail.com from your registered address. Do not include your password, passport or card details. Identity verification may be needed.
Remove copies on this device
Clear this site’s storage in your browser settings to remove local favourites, itinerary and offline files. Export anything you want to keep first. Deletion requests and necessary handling records are retained while the request is processed; ask the operator about their removal.
